A peaceful, private, ocean front location for your wedding on Oahu's North Shore...

Get away from the Waikiki crowds and escape to Oahu's North Shore.

THE TURTLE BAY RESORT is a beautiful  north shore property that offers lovely spots for weddings, including Kuilima Point, the Pavilion, Ocean View banquet rooms, and a beautiful suite.  Close to Waimea Falls and the Polynesian Cultural Center, this North Shore location is elegant and peaceful.  Surfing competitions occur here during the winter, when the waves are very high. An inside backup location will be reserved in case of inclement weather at no additional charge.  Location for the backup site is at the discretion of the hotel.  Turtle Bay Resort provides fifty white chairs, and signing table for marriage certificate.   An aisle runner is not available at outdoor functions due to safety issues. There is a site fee for these locations. Outdoor music must conclude by 9PM due to a noise ordinance law. More detailed information for potential clients below.

Signature Wedding Chapel (The Pavilion): An indoor, beveled, glass structure located on the ocean front $1200/hour

Kuilima Cove: Outdoor grassy location near the ocean $1000/hour

Bay View Beach Point: A sand beach area overlooking the ocean at Bay View Beach $1000/hour

Stables Lawn and Stables Beach: Private, secluded beach located near the stables $1000/hour

18th Green Beach: Exclusive, pristine area on private coastline near the 18th green of the Palmer Course. $2500/hour + additional costs

Please note that by choosing a North Shore location, you may incur additional fees for vendors to travel to your location. 

All ceremonies must be accompanied by a reception on state or federal holidays and during the months of June, July, August, September for Saturday and Sunday events.  

Ceremony ONLY events can be booked within 6 months of your desired wedding date. If your wedding occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, the latest ceremony start time is 3:00pm.

Ceremony AND Reception combined events can be booked 12 months from your desired date.

Turtle Bay Resort reserves the right to book concurrent ceremonies at nearby locations unless the client reserves all nearby site locations at the resort's booking prices.

Reception site fees will be waived or adjusted depending upon the actual amount of food
(non-alcoholic beverages included) spent on your event. The setup fee is NOT waived regardless
of the amount of food spent. Actual food expenditure is comprised of food costs
planned on the event day, which may include cocktail, reception, and wedding cake. The below
average amounts are exclusive of tax and service charge:

$120.00 AVERAGE FOOD CONSUMPTION PER PERSON – SITE FEE WAIVED*
$100.00 AVERAGE FOOD CONSUMPTION PER PERSON – 50% DISCOUNT*
*18TH GREEN, PAVILION, BAY VIEW AND STABLES LOCATION ARE EXEMPT OF WAIVING SITE FEE.

Reception site fee includes: set-up, cleanup, head tables, cake table, gift table, guest registration
table, dinner tables and chairs, standard linens, china, silverware and stemware.
Please inform your Catering Coordinator of your table requirements during the planning
phase.

TIME SCHEDULE:
There is a 5 hour use of reception site. All entertainment for outdoor functions must conclude
no later that 9:00 p.m. This is in accordance with local ordinances. Turtle Bay Resort
reserves the right to monitor the volume of entertainment. It is important that the agreed
to starting and ending times be adhered to as the supporting staff labor requirements have
been determined accordingly. Overtime charges will be assessed.

NON-SMOKING:
All indoor and public space including banquet space is Non-Smoking.
