Choose from a beautiful gazebo and lush lawn location for your ceremony and mini-reception, beautiful ballrooms, and a lawn terrace. All with amazing views and picturesque scenery. It is so very private and unique from any other venue. What cannot be used as your site option CAN be used as a photo backdrop, such as the beautiful lagoon and the waterfall.

The 'A'a'ahi Conference Room

Minimum of 12 guests with lunch service: Site fees waived. Includes a function time of four (4) hours for your meeting and set-up time.
Additional hours available at $50.00 per hour

Meeting Only Rental: $50.00 per hour, two (2) hours minimum

The 'A'a'ahi Room is open from 10:00am – 3:00pm for lunch daily.
Accommodations for earlier hours may be requested but are subject to a $50.00 charge.

This location is available for private events after 3:00pm. Great for rehearsal dinner or to add to your reception when using the restaurant.

Ho'oheno Room Hooheno Room

CEREMONY: $750.00 Two hour maximum

RECEPTION:

DAY: $750.00 + $1,200.00 minimum food charge
Includes a period of four (4) hours for your event and two (2) hours set-up time.
Additional hours are billed at $250.00 per hour

NIGHT: $1,500.00 + $1,200.00 minimum food charge
Includes a period of four (4) hours for your event and two (2) hours set-up time.
Additional hours are billed at $250.00 per hour

Kahalawai Terrace 150 capacity

$1,500.00

Mana'o Pono Room 30 capacity

DAY: $125.00 per hour or $750.00 per eight (8) hour day

Waikapu Ballroom 350 capacity

The Waikapu Room, as the central ballroom enjoys expansive views of the course along with a panorama from Maui’s North Shore to Ma'alaea Bay and beyond
