Ka Hale Aloha (The House of Love)
Set amid a lush Hawaiian garden of coconut palms, ginger blossoms and a trickling brook, our quaint and secluded wedding gazebo is designed in natural Hawaiian ohia wood and can be draped with fresh flower leis for your ceremony. The beach and the sun setting over Maui's neighbor island of Lana'i is a picturesque backdrop. Ka Hale Aloha can accommodate wedding parties of two to 10 guests.
Oriental Gardens
Our most popular site for wedding parties of up to 20 guests, where ceremonies take place on a quiet, grassy bluff accented with an exotic array of Asian art sculptures and breathtaking views of turquoise waters. Overlooking the shimmering Swan Court Lagoon, with cascading waterfalls, your elegant attendants may consist of graceful swans, brilliantly plumed pink flamingos and colorful Mandarin ducks
Statue Gardens
Panoramic views of the blue Pacific and the palm-fringed Ka'anapali coast create the perfect backdrop for Statue Gardens. This grassy lawn is accented with blooming bougainvillea flora and plumeria trees. Ideal for wedding ceremonies and private receptions of up to 60 guests, the garden area also offers a romantic setting for a private, candlelit dinner for two under the stars. Napili Garden and Lawn Overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, within feet of Ka'anapali Beach, this extensive function area offers a combination of over 30,000 square feet of grassy lawns and flagstone patio. Host both your ceremony and reception here, either under the clear Hawaiian skies or under an elegant tent.
Indoor Venues
Monarchy Ballroom
This elegant ballroom features gracious Hawaiian design accents, beautiful
chandeliers and windows with views of the surrounding grounds. Offering
11,500 square of function space, this spacious venue is ideal for hosting
a grand wedding event for up to 750 guests in a formal banquet setting.
Monarchy Ballroom boasts a permanent stage, perfect for live entertainment
during your reception.
Regency Ballroom
Adjoining the Monarchy Ballroom, this welcoming space is designed to
accommodate groups as small as 70 or as large as 600, depending upon the
set up. Utilize the entire ballroom for a buffet reception for 500 guests
or a seated banquet for 450. For smaller gatherings, the ballroom
can be divided into as many as three separate salons, with capacity from
120 to 150 guests.
Grand Ballroom and Promenade
For your largest events, combine the Monarchy and Regency Ballrooms to
form the Grand Ballroom. With over 16,000 square feet of available
space, split level styling and hand-painted ceiling tiles, this ballroom
can host formal banquets for 1,300 guests. The attached Grand
Promenade is ideal for pre-dinner cocktails.
Maui Suites
Situated along the Grand Promenade, this group of five flexible rooms can
be used singly or in various combinations to meet your requirements. Use
one salon for an intimate gathering with 70 guests, or the entire venue
for a seated dinner for 250.

All charges listed within the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa
Weddings of Aloha Packages are inclusive of current taxes and service
charges. Any additional enhancements added to each package are each
subject to applicable taxes and service fees. A non-refundable deposit
of $1,0000.00 per location ($2,000.00 if both ceremony and reception
locations are needed) will be required within two weeks of contract
issue to secure your space. 50% of the estimated cost is due 60 days
prior to the event. Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your
wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice
until a final contract is signed.
Service Charges
A service charge of 20% and the state sales tax of 4.166% will be
added to all food and beverages. For Private Reception events less
than 25 guests a 20% surcharge will be assessed to Food &
Beverages totals. For Hand Serviced Meals outdoors, there will be a
$10.00 Fee added to Menu Price.
