Every wedding we coordinate is a unique reflection of YOU.
Unlike other companies, we want your wedding to be what YOU desire, not what is the easiest for us to provide.
Read about our fees at Hawaiian Island Wedding Planners. We provide quality service at a fair price, while fairly representing the professionals and locations on the islands.
Our fee structure varies and is dependent on several factors, including:
the island on which your wedding is taking place
whether your wedding is a ceremony only or a ceremony and reception
how many people are attending your wedding
where your wedding is taking place (i.e. if travel fees are involved)
if set up time is involved
additional on site coordination
the amount of time coverage involved
Basically, if you are doing a small ceremony only (on the beach and less than 10 guests), then you should consider our packages. Even if you begin with our most basic package and add services to it, that may be the most appropriate way to price your wedding. However, this does not always apply. The packages are AS IS. If you need to change them in any way, then your wedding will be a la carte.
Your wedding may require additional onsite time, which will be
considered on a case-by-case basis.
Ceremony only coordination STARTS AT $500 (includes up to 2 hours on site). Ceremony and Reception planning STARTS AT $1800 (includes on site direction and facilitation for up to 10 hours).
We DO NOT charge additional percentages; we DO NOT charge you 20% of the total cost of your wedding. We DO NOT charge hourly fees to plan your wedding.
We hire
only the most experienced professionals. We know there is a lot of
misrepresentation out there. Hiring a coordinator to orchestrate
and facilitate your event is a necessity, not a luxury. Learn from
those who have made the mistake of not doing so. Parking and
travel fees are assessed when necessary. We provide a spread sheet
of all expenses so there are no hidden fees. Set up fees may be
applied, as well, as they are NOT included in our coordination
fees.
