$5000 including tax, delivery and set up

Private Oceanfront Garden area for your Ceremony & Reception, with access to the Historic Home (3 Bathrooms, Parlor, Oceanfront Balcony upstairs)

Tropical Bamboo Arbor draped with panels of organza & bordered with flowers and ferns

Dressing rooms (air-conditioned Bridal Room upstairs; and a Groom’s Room downstairs)

Draped Receiving Table (includes a beautiful fresh floral arrangement)

- Souvenir Marriage Certificate, and Signing Table (includes a fresh floral arrangement)

Sun parasols, hand-woven lauhala fans, and iced lemon water available for Guests

- Ample on-site self-parking for guests (Valet Service upon request for an additional fee)

Rainy Day Alternative - In the event of inclement weather, ceremonies will be moved indoors or to the covered patio. Ocean views from both.
