BAYER ESTATE A beautiful, private, beach front home awaits your romantic day.  This serene, historical home located on an expansive oceanfront lot in the East Honolulu community of Aina Haina, offers a sense of calm and beauty that most locations do not.  The Bayer Estate  is available for time increments of 2.25 hours, and for wedding parties of up to 50 guests.  Whatever set up is required for yuor wedding needs to be considered into this time frame. This beautifully decorated home offers a dressing rooms, a bridal suite where the bridal party can prepare for your event, onsite parking, and more!  We are permitted to cater a breakfast, brunch or lunch here.  

Rental of the property grants exclusive use of the entire estate, which includes the oceanfront garden and the historic home, for a lovely and intimate ceremony and reception site.  Brides can get ready in this beautiful room. It's included in the site fee...  (site fee is FROM

The site will be decorated with lovely fresh flowers and greenery (Note:  No artificial arrangements are used at the Estate).  

  Slatted wooden folding chairs covered with  3- piece white French  organza chair pinafores, and a bamboo arbor (draped with French organza and fresh flowers and greenery), are provided for an additional fee.

Toasting Tables and Cake Tables are an extra fee. You are permitted to bring your own food and beverages to the estate. 

Since the home closes at 6:00pm, it may not be possible to use the property for a sunset wedding or vow renewal.  It depends on the time of year.  However, this property is available to rent for an extended evening. We have provided some basic information. Please contact us for more details.
